Your MyGuardianDoc™ Virtual Medicine subscription service is a remarkable healthcare industry product providing high quality Direct Care and Medical guidance offering which includes a Medical Concierge menu of services available at the MyGuardianDoc™ low price points. Bought to you by MyGuardianDoc™ Inc a full spectrum world class Virtual Medicine company founded in 2012. Put more simply, MyGuardianDoc™ allows you to connect to one of our doctors in the comfort and safety of your own home, using your smartphone, laptop, or tablet.
How do I set up my account with MyGuardianDoc™?
The account creation process is simple, you just sign up by visiting https://anywhere.myguardiandoc.com/register or by downloading the MyGuardianDoc™ app on the Apple Store or Google Play Store. The patient would need to fill out the (*) required fields and follow the prompts to see a provider.
How do I sign up with MyGuardianDoc™ via a Web Browser?
To register via the web, please visit us at https://anywhere.myguardiandoc.com/register and follow these steps:
1. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the required fields.
2. An email will be sent to verify your account, click the link in the email.
3. After verification is complete, your account will be active. You’re all set.
4. Anytime you need, you can now log in and follow the on-screen instructions to book an appointment or give us a call at 1-877-4CALLMD and our Care Coordinators will guide you through the process.
How do I sign up with MyGuardianDoc™ via the Mobile Application?
It is very easy to get started. In order to see a Board-Certified doctor, simply follow these steps:
1. Download the MyGuardianDoc™ app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store
2. Open the application and follow the instructions on the screen to sign up.
3. An email will be sent to verify your account.
4. After verification is complete, your account will be active.
5. You’re all set. Anytime you need, you can now log in and follow the on-screen instructions to book an appointment or give us a call at 1-877-4CALLMD and we will guide you through the process.
What medical conditions can be treated during a consultation?
MyGuardianDoc™ offers treatment for a wide range of conditions, some of which include Allergies, Arthritic Pain, Asthma, Bronchitis, Colds and Flus, Diarrhea, Infections, Insect Bites, Rashes, etc. You should not use MyGuardianDoc™ if you are experiencing a medical emergency. You should immediately seek emergency care by calling 911.
Will virtual consultations stop me from visiting my doctor’s office?
Absolutely not! Video consultations make it easier for urgent care appointments for when you are unable to make it in to see your doctor in-person. In some cases, depending on your condition, you may be referred to your primary care doctor. We are here to support your health care in times such as when you are traveling or if you are facing a non-emergent health condition.
Can I have multiple accounts on the same mobile device?
Yes. Setting up accounts for multiple individuals on the same mobile device is quite straightforward. You simply log out of your account and select Sign Up on the bottom to register a new account.

You will only be able to log in to one account at a time. Please note, if you have accidentally created multiple accounts for yourself, please contact our Care Coordinators at support@myguardiandoc.com or 1-877-4CALLMD. They will assist in deactivating any additional accounts.
​Do I have to meet with my provider in-person before a visit can be conducted via video?
No, if you’re eligible for a patient account with your clinic or employer, association, and or organization, you would log into your account and schedule your appointment with any available provider or specialist in their network.
Is MyGuardianDoc™ appropriate for every medical condition?
No. Not every medical condition is able to be treated through Telemedicine. Only those non-critical emergencies such as a rash or common cold/flu.

Is it possible to consult with a doctor if I don’t have a smartphone or computer?
Yes. Call MyGuardianDoc™ at our toll-free number1-877-4CALLMD and connect with one of our Care Coordinators who will assist you in enrolling in a subscription plan, connecting you with one of our doctors and answering any support questions you may have.

Will my insurance pay for video consults?
No. Unfortunately, we do not accept private or employer insurance. However, we are working towards accepting these in the future. Currently, your consultations ae charged to your credit card.
How much does MyGuardianDoc™ cost?
MyGuardianDoc™ only costs $27 per month for the entire household. There is a one-time setup fee of $39 USD. This fee covers access to the MyGuardianDoc™ program and doctors. Consultations with your MyGuardianDoc™ cost $39 for urgent care and guardian doctor appointments. Specialists and mental health are priced at the time of scheduling. Our goal is to get our patients to our specialists at 60% the standard rate. Rates on specialties and mental health may vary by state & time.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) card.
